Right, LET’S DO THIS!

Haha sorry but I struggle to hold my enthusiasm when talking about our products.

So currently as of writing this article we have 3 products in our mens range (Test Booster, Creatine & Pre-Workout)  that anyone on any level can benefit from taking.

I have my own personal preferences when taking all three products so I want to share them with you.

First of all the Strength & Power (Test Boosters) – I take 2 capsules in the morning straight after my first meal. Then then the third capsule before hit the gym roughly 20 mins before I begin my workout.

Secondly Creatine – With our creatine we have a whooping 240 tablets so I take 4 daily, 2 with my first meal & 2 before training with the test booster!

Last but not Least PRE-WORKOUT! I’m sure I don’t need to tell you when to take this amazing product but whilst you’re here I take this 20 mins before training with the 1 test booster cap & 2 creatine tablets. Then BOOM I’m ready to go!
